Ms. Chen’s practice focuses primarily on patent procurement and enforcement. She also handles patent non-infringement and invalidity opinions, technology transactions, licensing, and due diligence analysis. Representative technologies handled by Ms. Chen include medical devices and procedures, mechanical equipment, computer technologies, and semiconductor technologies.

Ms. Chen’s education includes an Undergraduate Degree (B.S. in Mechanical Engineering) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Law Degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
