Position: Receptionist/Office Services Clerk (Palo Alto)
Beyer Law Group LLP, an intellectual property law firm specializing in patent preparation, prosecution, advice and counseling has an immediate opening in our Palo Alto office for an experienced Receptionist/Office Services Clerk.
The ideal candidate will possess one or more years’ experience in a professional environment. Some of the responsibilities include typing miscellaneous correspondence including client letters, answering telephones, greeting clients, logging of mail, library filing, maintain conference room calendar, supplies ordering, copying, faxing, mail run, filing, records, and other duties as needed by the firm. We prefer candidates with a four year degree. Essential Skills: – Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Windows, Excel and Outlook email. – Be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal form. – Detail oriented, organized, solid problem solving abilities, and follow through is necessary. – Essential proofreading skills, spelling and English composition skills. – Ability to perform routine tasks and maintain concentration for long periods of time, and meet deadlines.
